I am a 46 year-old white female, diagnosed with chronic sinus problems, allergies, digestive problems, hiatal hernia, yeast infection, fibromyalgia, degenerative disc disease, osteoporosis, depression, increasing blood pressure, TMJ, chronic migraines, hormonal imbalances, and a few more I can't remember. I have been on the Hallelujah Diet five months.
Since going on the diet I have lost twenty pounds and have been off all medications for four months. I had been on some of these medications for more than twenty years. As long as I faithfully stay on the Hallelujah Diet I don't have any symptoms. If I cheat and have any meat or dairy products my joints tend to stiffen and my sinuses start to go haywire.
My general practitioner has been amazed at the positive changes occurring just from the diet change. I have given him a copy of one of your Health Primers. I have recently had some blood work drawn, including a complete lipid panel so that my doctor could monitor my progress, and came back with the best results I have ever had. Not all my numbers are where I would like them to be, but they are moving in a positive direction. Generally I am feeling the best I have felt in a long while--my arthritis and joint stiffness is virtually gone, and my hip, which was dislocating on a monthly basis, has not done so since I started this diet, and my energy is much better. Thank you!
