Pat, who lives in New Jersey, had this to say about her recipe: "Raw and absolutely delicious!"


3 cups distilled water

1 cup raw almonds (soak in distilled water overnight and drain)

1 teaspoon honey

2 cups chopped broccoli

1 avocado

1 clove garlic

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon chopped onion

1 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt (to taste)

1/2 teaspoon cumin

pinch of cayenne pepper (to taste)


Blend water, almonds, and honey until smooth. Then add in the rest of the ingredients and blend until creamy. ENJOY!
