Less is enough is very inspiring with easy recipes and is beautiful to look at. I do miss the bible verses that are in a couple of Hallelujah diet recipe books that I have. Very pleased with purchase.

I purchased this book not long ago. I have made at least 10 of the recipes so far, and I have enjoyed each one of them. I made one for my husband who ordinarily hates blended salads, and he actually said it was pretty good. I listened to Melody's webinar, Less Is Enough, and was motivated to lessen my fruit and healthy sweets intake to boost my health some more. So I bought the book, and I'm very thankful for the veg-smoothie recipes - I could just throw my own together, but when I do, I usually put EVERYTHING I have on hand into one; and it ends up tasting the same every time (and sometimes not so good). So I am thrilled to have this collection of tasty, healthy drinks to give my family and me variety. I'd also like to add that the book is visually quite pleasing - nice pictures and pretty layout. Thanks for another helpful book!

I wish I had a little book like this back in 2005 when I started the Hallelujah Diet. A that time, I didn’t understand how to gradually train my palate to appreciate and enjoy blended salads. By slowly reducing the fruit portion of my smoothies and gradually adding veggies like broccoli and brussels sprouts, my palate has completely changed. “Veg-smoothies” have changed my life.
