I was having problems finding a salad dressing that I could eat with this way of life and I found so much more. I bought the book and there is such a variety of recipes that I had to make quite a few. It is written to be easily read. Didn't care at first for the avocado ones, but then I started craving avocados. Now I have made all of those recipes. Worth your money and time. It was what I needed. Thank you, Rhonda.

Lately I have been wanting to try my hand at making my own salad dressings. No matter how "healthy" a store bought dressing seems to be there are always ingredients that are either questionable or unpronounceable. I am very happy with my recent purchase of Rhonda's "Salad Dressings For Life" recipe book, with 117 recipes, because of all the variations and possibilities of dressings to make. There is even a "Healthy Croutons" recipe that uses a staple in my freezer: Ezekiel Bread, or other whole grain bread one may have on hand. To me that was an unexpected bonus in my desire to make my salads more healthy. The book itself is a delight to look through also. It is well made and attractive.
