I was introduced to The Hallelujah Diet in December 2005. I stopped eating meat immediately, but occasionally did have some fish and continued consuming dairy. But I did do some juicing and became more conscious of what I was putting in my mouth. Upon making this diet change, my energy improved and I started losing some weight. I also started to notice some improvement in my Rheumatoid Arthritis, but not as much I would have liked. I had a lot of damage to my hands, wrists, elbows, feet, hips and back due to this arthritic condition.

Then in January 2007 ... I decided I needed to commit my entire self to the Hallelujah lifestyle, so I did! I prayed about it, cleaned out my pantry and refrigerator, and focused on eating as God intended me to eat. When I stopped consuming dairy, it made a huge difference in my rheumatoid arthritis.

Ever since I had taken classes for nursing many years ago, my heart and passion has been in the health and nutrition area. Now God has led me to Hallelujah Acres so that I can expand my territory.

My personality has changed; I now love talking to people, encouraging them and showing them God's awesome diet and how God made our bodies to heal themselves. Physically I still have a ways to go with my arthritis, but in just the six months, since I totally adopted the Hallelujah Diet, my energy has increased tremendously, my acid reflux is much better, my depression is better and I am a much happier person. I have also lost over 30 pounds, have been able to wean myself off Ritalin, my 20-year battle with athletes foot is gone, my sinus' and allergies are much better. I no longer need my afternoon naps, and my personality has changed . Wow!
