Just finished reading Health Tip #73 and enjoyed it immensely! My husband and I are celebrating just over one month on the Hallelujah Diet, and so far have seen weight loss (approximately 30 lbs. between us), increased mental clarity, sugar cravings gone, increased energy, improved skin tone, and (believe it or not) healthier hair! We are both amazed at how easy it has been to go cold turkey from our Sad American Diet to an 80% raw and 20% cooked diet WITHOUT our old buddies: sugar, white flour, animal flesh, dairy products, and table salt. Frankly, I can't see ever going back to the Sad American Diet, NO WAY!
