Ingredients

2-3 carrots (depending on size to make 6 oz)

1 celery rib

1/4 red beet

1/4 bunch parsley

Handful of spinach

Directions

Peel carrots, cut celery in 2" sections, and run all ingredients alternately through juicer. Strain juice, and ENJOY!
