My lunch box, with a cool block in it, was filled with the following healthy uncooked meal: juicy fruit to eat upon arriving at work; carrot and celery sticks for a midmorning snack; a large raw vegan salad in one container with the dressing in a separate small container, a serving of seeds to put on the salad; and a serving of nuts with a banana for an afternoon snack.
Also, I took a small container pre-filled with a serving of BarleyMax, then added distilled water from my thermos to it and shook it up so I could drink it before lunch or in late afternoon.
There was a co-worker who was also a Hallelujah Brown Bagger (the one who told me about Hallelujah Acres), who would bring carrot juice carefully sealed tightly in a cooler, so she could drink it before heading home at the end of the day. I chose to wait until I arrived home from work, and juice it fresh for both my husband and I to enjoy before having dinner. I hope this is helpful!
