Who says you have to give up comfort foods to have a new "you" in 2013? This creamy cauliflower soup is hearty, tasty, and good for you, too! Plus, it contains an important, cancer-preventative phytochemical called sulphorafane, which also acts as an internal sunscreen. In fact, the cauliflower plant does some sun-screening of its own, too; that's why it's white. During the growing season, the outer leaves of the cauliflower plant shield the head from sunlight, preventing photosynthesis, which would otherwise turn the head green.
