4 Carrots
1 small onion
1 Bullion Cube (No MSG)
Very Small Sweet Potato
3 pinch Fresh Nutmeg
1/2 cup Rice Milk
3 cups Hot water
Directions:
Blend for 4-5 Minutes until smooth Steaming HOT!
I used the Vita-Mix Machine to make this soup smooth and very hot.
